Our patient was looking to increase her breast volume, improve her overall breast and cleavage contour — while maintaining a natural look. Dr. Abdollah Malek performed a bilateral submuscular breast augmentation with 310cc Natrelle Gel implants & fat transfer to breasts (composite).
Results pictured are 2.5 months post-op.
Results will continue to improve & the implants will begin to settle into their final position at around three months post-op. The appearance of the incisions will soften and smooth out gradually with time.
💉 FUN FACT: Fat Transfer to the breasts in conjunction with silicone gel implants is called a Composite Breast Augmentation. The use of fat transfer allows for custom and precise volume & shape tailoring to address asymmetries and achieve optimal contour.
