A breast augmentation is a procedure done to enhance the overall volume, size and shape of the breast. An augmentation can be done subpectoral (under the muscle) or subglandular (under the breast tissue). You also have the option between cohesive silicone implants or saline implants when opting for a breast augmentation. The incision is only 3-5cm in length and is hidden within your natural breast crease.
