Laser Face Lift Procedure

A small cannula, or hollow tube, is gently inserted into a small incision. Inside the cannula is a tiny laser fiber. This fiber delivers laser light to the fat cells. The PrecisionTx allows the surgeon to deliver the laser energy directly to the skin cells which promotes the growth of new collagen, improving skin tightness. The system is very safe, precise, and FDA approved to deliver laser energy to carefully targeted areas. PrecisionTx treatments are minimally invasive and can be done in-office. This procedure makes PrecisionTx ideal for patients who are seeking the best possible results with the least amount of downtime.

Ideal Candidates

  • Those who are looking for a pre-emptive alternative to a full facelift but aren't ready for such an invasive procedure
  • Candidates should be healthy and have realistic expectations of the outcome

Recovery and Results

  • Recovery Time: Recovery is fairly quick, with most people able to return to work in 2-3 days. Bandages are typically worn for 36 hours, and a chin strap may be used at night for the first few days.
  • Side Effects: Some swelling, soreness, and very minor bruising can occur. Swelling and redness might last for about a week.
  • Long-Term Results: The initial results are visible early on, but the full effect develops over the next few months as collagen rebuilding takes place, resulting in firmer and tauter skin.

Combining with Other Treatments

The Laser Lift with Precision TX can be combined with other treatments such as Botox injections or dermal fillers for enhanced facial rejuvenation.

Laser Face Lift FAQ

  • Am I a good candidate for a laser face lift?

The ideal candidate has realistic expectations for the procedure, is in good medical health, and is aware of the risk and possible complications. Schedule a consultation with us to know if this procedure is right for you.

  • Will I have scarring after a laser face lift?

Yes, as with any operational surgery, scarring is unavoidable. Dr. Malek will be sure to place the incision(s) in the most inconspicuous locations so that they can be well hidden in the natural folds of the body. They can also be minimized with proper care and recovery to the point that they may be unnoticeable.

  • What can I expect after a laser face lift treatment?

You may experience a bit of swelling, bruising and soreness for a few days following the procedure with PrecisionTx. These problems should be mild, though, and can usually be managed with over-the-counter pain medication. Most people experience short recovery times.

  • How much doe a laser face lift treatment cost?

Pricing varies based on body and skin types along with combined procedures performed. Please call or schedule a consultation for more information.
