Our beautiful patient wanted restore the contour to her face, neck and jawline. First, Dr. Malek performed a bilateral upper and lower lid blepharoplasty to improve the crowding around her eyes. Followed by the removal of excess skin and reinforcement of the facial SMAS. Lastly, she had facial fat grafting and CO2 laser resurfacing to improve symmetry, fine lines, and pigmentation. 

 

Note: The appearance of the incisions will soften and smooth out gradually with time.
