Jason is a licensed and certified Physician Assistant in medical surgical and cosmetic dermatology at Clearsolutions Dermatology Group.
His specialties include general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. He enjoys working with all age groups and treats various dermatological conditions including, but not limited to, skin cancers, skin cancer screenings, acne, psoriasis, eczema, warts, rosacea, fungal rashes, pigmentation changes, conditions of the hair and nails. He has extensive experience in dealing with hair loss and skin of color.
He believes in a comprehensive approach to an individual’s skincare needs.
Dana is one of our Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA) who provides anesthesia care for Dr. Malek at our on-site operating room in Lewes, DE. You will also see Dana in our Newark & Lewes offices for skincare and our non-invasive/minimally invasive treatments such as our Aerolase, Evolve, Morpheus8, etc.

When looking to schedule with either of our Plastic Surgeons, Crystal is with our patients from beginning to end - from your procedure quotes to choosing your surgery day and beyond. Crystal also plays an integral role of Office Administrator for our practice.
Julie is a surgical assistant who scrubs in surgery with Dr. Malek at our on-site operating room in Lewes, DE. You will also see Julie in our Newark & Lewes offices for your consults, follow-ups and injectable appointments. Additionally, Julie manages all of our sterile materials inventory for both of our locations.
Brea is the Director of our Sterile Processing Department. She performs the precise cleaning, preparation, and sterilization of all surgical instrumentation for our on-site AAAHC accredited operating suite in Lewes, DE. She takes pride in providing the highest standard of sterile processing to ensure the safety of all of our surgical patients. Additionally as our Marketing Director - Brea manages all of our social media, marketing and content creation.
Brea also assists Dr. Malek in the operating room. You will also see Brea in our offices in Newark and Lewes, Delaware for your consultations, follow-ups, and injectable appointments.
Brea is a the Director of our Sterile Processing Department which handles the sterilization of all surgical instrumentation for our on-site operating room in Lewes, DE. She also assists Dr. Malek in the operating room. You will also see Brea in our Newark & Lewes offices for your consults, follow-ups and injectable appointments.
Diane is our front office Medical Secretary and Transcriptionist at our Newark, Delaware location. Diane manages patient inquires & appointments for our offices, and ensures all of our patients are provided with the utmost patient experience; from phone calls to greeting you at office visits. You will see Diane when checking in for your next appointment!
