Consultation & Cancellation Policy
A consultation fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied toward your service.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice to receive a full refund of your consultation fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund. However, the consultation fee will be applied as a credit on your account, which may be used toward a future service.
Consultation credits must be used within 12 months of the original appointment date.
No-shows will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
