This wonderful patient desired to have her breast enhanced without implants. A bilateral superomedial mastopexy was performed. Her breast tissue was elevated, and her own fat was transferred into the upper poles of the breasts to restore her fullness and projection. This procedure was performed while maintaining a proportional size to her frame.
